The shorts are the same size; the black pair does not have the tag, but the purple/eggplant colored pair has a tag reading XS. These probably fit a small better. Both shorts have little spandex-like shorts built in The red tank is a v-neck with a built in bra. It's somewhere between a crop and regular length top
