Nike large hoodie with small dark stains on the front pockets

This Nike zippered hoodie is a very thick fabric but has small dark stains and comes from a smoke free home. I treated one stain with Tide for about 10 minutes and then did some light scrubbing. Slight improvement, but I doubt it will fully come out. Ee
