summermilledge4 @carltp my daughter bought this off my card an I didn't want this I contacts the support team they said I had to contact u for my refund back on my card same day she did it was same day I contacted the supporter group an they just wrote back an said get ahold of u I never been on here or anything til few days ago so I didn't no who I was suppose to contact or anything

carltp @summermilledge4 I'm still new to this site, so i'll look into how to cancle the order on here. Since it was ordered after the post office closed Saturday night and the with holiday it hasn't shipped yet. So this should be easy to do.

carltp @summermilledge4 This is what I found in the FAQ guide: If its been over 7 days, you can follow the below steps. Step 1: Go to your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Click on the item you purchased Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Step 5: Select Delayed Order to cancel the order Hope that helps. I try to get my items out next day if it's not a Sunday/Holiday.
