Nike blazer low patchwork size 11.5

Nike blazer low patchwork size 11.5. Bought them new maybe 3-4 years ago. wore them once because I didn’t like them. There is sticker residue on one of the insoles and a small yellow mark on the Nike stitching on the back as pictured, can most likely be removed. No shoe box but will be shipped in a box with bubble wrap
