These things are super mint - I used them more for short hikes than I did actual running. They are solid runners, but very good trail shoes. According to Garmin, they have less than 30 miles on them. Only very minor signs of wear on the tread and insoles. Size Men's 11 and fit true to size for running and hiking shoes.
