Multiple layer shell jacket with breathable nylon material, elastic hood lining to ensure it stays on in a wild gust of wind. Additional chest pocket for a phone. Innermost layer has a lining to seal against your lower waist/torso so no wind comes up, and the jacket isnt blown up onto you. The sleeves have velcro wrists, for comfort fit, adjustable. This is a quality jacket, I purchased this item and never wore it.
