galak4 @lewlove size small is 36 inches from the buckle to the nearest hole and 32 inches to the last hole. There are 5 holes that are one inch apart from each other. Hope this helps.

Yes, the XS would be the perfect size for you but unfortunately I only have XS in navy and silver. If you were looking for just black, you may consider to add a hole to the small one, which I have in black.
