These spikes are pretty beat. I suggest using them as just a practice pair to keep your other spikes fresh for meets. They are very comfortable and will honestly be great for practice. The carbon plate is pretty worn out allowing your foot to hold its own during workouts. Making your completion spikes more useful. Just send an offer over! I’ll work with you!!
