beanie_weenie @loganw316 I am a serious buyer, and I know very well the going rate of new grinches regardless of size. However, 1k + for a youth size and it’s a used shoe without the box? Lol yeah good luck there, you’d do well to not answer so snarkily when someone interested asks a legitimate question. I’ll buy new for less than 1k from stockx or flight club before spending a stack on your used shoe lmaoooo 🤡

beanie_weenie @loganw316 for used in 8-10 condition with box and both pair of strings in youth size I wouldn’t pay more than 350. Without the box and with considerable wear (condition 5-7) and youth size (meaning it doesn’t even have all the same performance aspects and detailing) I’m not paying more than 150 idgaf what shoe it is. You’d be better off trying to sell those on eBay and lower your price if you want to actually make something since a protro grinch will release next year.

chicoblancsuave @beanie_weenie you'd be lucky to get a toddler sized kobe 6 grinch missing laces completely in 2/10 condition in a cinnamon toast crunch box for 150. and the protro release won't diminish the value of an original 2010 kobe 6 grinch silhouette. even if they mass produced it, the original still remains arguably the most iconic kobe colorway ever. your fresh new kobe 6 protros will be half as valuable as the pair posted here.

beanie_weenie @chicoblancsuave puhleeeze, 1k for a used youth size is a trash price, that’s why they are now listed for $600. So all that you said was a waste of time. For people who intend to use the shoe for hooping they would rather pay ridiculous retail for something that will actually last much longer than a shoe made 10 years ago. I understand the OG value but it’s not there in youth sizes and for people who aren’t going to just take pictures wearing the shoe hoping they don’t disintegrate. 😑

chicoblancsuave @beanie_weenie still, though. you're talking about an og pair of arguably the most iconic kobe Bryant sneaker of all time. and even though it is messed up you can't argue that recent events skyrocketed the value even more. deadstock they currently will not be found for less than $1,250 right now. so $750 for a youth size would be reasonable....and a used pair in good enough shape to be restored at $500 isn't outrageous. you simply don't have options for certain items.

chicoblancsuave @beanie_weenie and I don't think anyone on the market for a pair intends on hooping in them. I would also opt for the upcoming protro release over the original...but only to save money. i can understand the price tags on them, though.

beanie_weenie @chicoblancsuave I hoop in my Kobes. Don’t care which iconic pair they are. DS OG GS Kobe 6 Grinch can be found right at 1k-1200. Yes I know bc of the tragedy, asking prices doubled, tripled, quadrupled. These aren’t in bad shape but the price I originally commented on was a cash grab, when new ones can be found at that price. Still wouldn’t pay the ask on these after it’s been slashed, but apparently you would, cool.
