Nike Grey Penn State T-shirt - Size XS

Nike slim fit top features cuffed short sleeves and a rounded hem at the bottom of the shirt. Never worn before other than to try on, original tags attached. FYI: Runs small!! I am usually a size XS (32C, 26in waist) and this top is too tight for me.
