To give increased lock-down effect, Nike have removed the boot tongue and equipped the shoe with the revolutionising Dynamic Fit Collar. This 'Collar' runs all the way up above your ankle, so the shoe doesn't just feel at one with your foot, but instead your entire leg. Nike have furthermore woven in their Brio-cables, so you get good stability and comfort. The Brio-cables keep your foot in place and furthermore make sure that the upper does not collapse. The Flyknit upper is coated with a layer of NikeSkin, which gives a 3D like texture, thus creating increased friction between shoe and ball. This texture generates extraordinary amounts of grip on the ball and makes sure you always feel in complete control. The Nike Elastico Superfly is equipped with the same unique sole, as we have seen on previous Elastico models. It has been designed to deliver a good grip both to the indoor court and the ball, and ensures that you can stay in control in the small area play. To add further support to your foot, an EVA midsole has been added, which provides shock absorption for your hard surface play.
