Nike Double Swoosh Men's Joggers/Sweatpants

These joggers/sweatpants by Nike feature the double swoosh logo in embroidered neon yellow, the text "SWOOSH" in embroidered blue on the side, and text about the swoosh logo in embroidered blue on the other side. They're made of 80% cotton/20% polyester, and have a built-in band of elastic and a drawstring at the waist. They also have 2 side pockets and one back pocket. They're in excellent used condition and I think even like-new condition (in spite of my terrible photos - sorry about that). To me, these sweatpants appear and smell like they have barely been worn, if ever. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit.
