loveduponatime @kalitrotter917 true to size as form-fitting, definitely snug with stretch. This also fit as a mini skirt, so a couple of inches above the knee

loveduponatime @kalitrotter917 I'm almost certain it would. Depending on hip width and thigh width, the fit may sit straight or fit like a pencil skirt, but I feel like the stretch would still fit fairly snug. I feel like if I sized up, it wouldn't have been as form-fitting as the L, but still comfortable.
