redartporp @nanis86634 I’m sorry they don’t fit. According to Nike’s sizing chart, 6Y equates to a women’s 7.5. In my experience, Nike sizing changes between styles. I range from size 11 in certain Nike Prestos, 11.5 in Nike LeBron 16s and 12 in most other Nike’s. If you wish to return them, please submit a request through Poshmark.

redartporp @katelynn_foster Yes. I’m Nike sizing, 4.5Y equals a size 6. I would make sure you that you fit a size 6 in Nike before purchasing. Nike has weird sizing when it comes to some of their shoes.
