Like new! Sorry **no insoles - I took them out. My feet slightly invert, and these just didn’t work for my posture.
I love the classy little leather accent and spotted laces. they’re so cute/unique but simple, barely used, and I know someone will love them! Purchased new. Oddly, there are no size tags in the shoe, but they are size 8.5 (see invoice screenshot). My judgement is that fit as an 8.5 should.

@ashleyannc as the listing says, I took them out, yes- to replace them. But they’re lower in price as a result ☺️ I do postural analysis for a living, and I found 0 value in the flimsy originals. I think new/better insoles would benefit anyone more than what came with the shoe
