New but have been worn a couple times. Nikes don’t suit my feet but bought these because the colors are beautiful and took a chance with them. The tread is almost perfect and inside soles are as well. Few scuffs which I’ve shown(I feel these would wipe off easily)are from sitting in my closet. The colors shown are exact and I HAVE NOT PLACED A FILTER ON THEM TO BRIGHTEN THEM UP. Size 9.
