Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High UNC Patent (Women's) 6.5

Never worn (without box) - Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High UNC Patent (Women's) Size Women’s 6.5 (equivalent to Men’s/youth 5) I purchased these for my son as they were sold to me as a 6.5 YOUTH, however, once I received them, they are a women’s fit so too small. The only flaw I see is a bit of thread sticking out in the seam (shown in photo).
