These are a big kid’s size 6Y, there is a photo in listing that lists the measurement in inches. They are not a “boy” or “girl” shoe, they are a “big kid size 6Y” . These are very clean, but show some wear on top of shoes where it creases on top of each shoe. Also the left front toe could use a little super glue to make look like new.
