jaz67 I have been researching these and it looks like you have to be pretty careful about paint on the soles- what kind of paint did they use on these? Are they sealed? I was going to have someone make me some but I'm having a hard time finding someone who will make me some but most don't want to paint the bottom. I love the pink bottoms on these- just want to make sure they will hold up.

jaz67 I'm guessing these are more expensive because of the soles (as those have to be done so specially with special paint and sealer)? It's totally worth it to me if the paint is going to hold up!
