mariyabeth @joycrain Hey I’m so sorry I came down with something and I am still just feeling so awful. When I looked into it it looks like you have to initiate the return and I just have to except it so maybe when you go under the order there will be a place to except it or deny it I think

joycrain @mariyabeth Hope you are feeling better. I contacted Posh to learn how to make the return of the Nightcap dress we have been dealing with since early July . Unfortunately, Posh stated that returns are not possible unless the item is defective, which it is not. My Amex has been charged the $145ish for the dress and Posh will not refund it, according to this policy. (Cont in next post - Joy)

joycrain (Cont from previous post- Joy) When you and I communicated, prior to my purchasing the Nightcap dress, you told me I could return it if it wasn’t long enough. Evidentially, your offer was against the Posh policy. At this point, it seems that the only option we have is for me to return the dress directly to you and for you to refund me directly.
