Night way Collections Leopard Rockabilly Dress

Used once Leopard dress Fist picture is for inspiration Actual dress is the second picture Small flaws by neck where hooks attach. I did try sewing back together . You can see in last picture the layer doesn’t hang anymore. See above pictures Hooks can be a little tighter, I haven’t tried sewing them. Tag says small but fits more like a med 13” Pit to Pit 40”Shoulder to bottom
