Night Way Collections Ladies Evening Dress Size: 4 Color: blue Condition: The dress looks in very good condition with no visible flaws. This is a two piece beautiful long blue dress with string straps on the shoulders. Also, the top can be adjusted to your waist thanks to the strings on the back. It can be great for a party or formal event. Please refer to pictures for measurements. NOTE: Straps go from the front to the back but because the top is a little small I wasn't able to make it fit in the mannequin that's why they look like a loop.
