afsheenhamid Is there room to open the blouse a bit? I need 36 chest. Also is the blouse padded?

sharita_khaira @afsheenhamid the blouse is unpadded + there is room to expand the blouse if you alter the back to tie/hook/button or there may even be a bit of fabric you could use from the seam allowance if you wanted to keep the same blouse design
