Nicole Miller sleeveless sheer dress in periwinkle or light blue - size 6

This is a one time used dress for a wedding. It’s a size 6 but fits more like a 4. I’m 5’3” and it is just right below the knees. it has a sheer lining on top. Elegant and princess like. Missing original waist tie but can easily be replaced with a ribbon.
