MUST GO. Absolutely stunning seafoam Nicole Miller Collection v-neck mini dress. Could also be worn as a tunic. Rayon. Absolutely soft as could be! Beautiful ruffles at bottom. Worn only twice - in great condition! I love this but it just does not fit. I hope someone will love it as much as I do! Size small.
