This is a gorgeous Nicole Miller dress in size 0. It is brown with silver flowers and a bubble bottom- the material is like a chiffon. I only wore it once to a wedding. The back is unique that has another layer that comes down - it’s hard to describe, I tried to capture it in a picture. I love this dress but it doesn’t fit- would not recommend it if you are busty.

@trinvu11 it attaches to and loops into the bubble at the bottom. I don’t have a picture of it on and it no longer fits. I couldn’t find stock photos but did find an occasional eBay pic of it on the mannequin, I can’t upload others photos though. You may be able to perform a search and find a similar photo.
