Nicole Miller Vintage Women's Dress Black Velour Poof sleeves drop waist pockets This is a beautiful vintage dress, most likely from the 1980s with this sleeve style, poof shoulders, and narrow at the wrists. It features a drop waist, with pockets and pleats, and narrows below the knees with a slit in the back. It is either a crushed velour or velvet fabric but I cannot find a care or materials tag anywhere. Please see measurements as vintage sizing is much different from today's sizes.
