Nicole Miller Sheath Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thriftytiffrsl. Love it but found another dress for my event. Beautiful black dress in EUC, however it does not look used at all. Ruffled bell sleeves, bust darts, princess cut, tie and back neckline and back zipper. 21” chest and 35” length. No stains or snags and smoke free.
