Nicole Miller New York 6" x 4" picture frame made for Bed Bath & Beyond. Its border is cross-hatched silver or pewter. There are five highly decorated purses at the bottom of the frame, interspersed with sparklies -- and also on the top corners. Too fun! The perfect gift for a clothes horse friend. Still in a sealed box with tags. Purses are 1/2 inch across.
