Petite size small limited edition “I love Chicago” 100% silk vest from Nicole Miller. Multiple images of the Windy City in the fabric. Approximately 15” across chest and 20”long. Dry clean only. I love this pattern, which was released in 1988 as seen in the final picture. This is a really rare find!!!
