Vintage Nickelodeon flash toy. Top camera style Flash is tested Working. Bottom pen light is tested Working. Top small orange light is not lighting. Probably needs bulb replacement if possible. Fun nestagic toy. Minor fading on plastic antenna. As with any worn/ used item, unnoticed flaws may be present. Item has been briefly cleaned. Further cleaning may be required as the item may be dusty/have lint/hair, debris, etc. from storage. As my items are second-hand finds for the most part, they are all subject to different people's detergents, fabric softeners, and household pets.
