One twist closure and two small zippered pockets on front. Behind these is a medium sized zippered pocket. The zippered main compartment is very big, with card holders, a small zippered pocket, pen holders, and a key tether on one side and a large zippered pocket on the other side. On the back of the bag is another large pocket with a magnet closure. See measurements in last two photos. Good used condition. Only issue is that the zipper on one of the pockets on the front sticks on the fabric around zipper in one spot.
