Nice Etro ring, size 8

Older used ring ,made by the Italian company Etro. It is made with gold tone metal and I believe vinyl on the top. You can see the letter E on the top. It is used,you can see some small discoloration on the metal part. Also, I am not sure if a small part of the vinyl is missing, or if that is the design. Please look at the pictures. It is very attractive!
