jensmr2spyder Sir, This is Myles. Jens other half. We got the doll unpacked today with Jennifer's Case Manager present. After last night and, your nasty messages to Jen, it really affected her mental health that you thought was a joke. Anyway, the doll is missing the pine cone at the top of the hat. And the certificate is not inside the dolls box or the box she was boxed in.

The doll is missing a pinecone very noticeable on her hat at the top. And there is no Certificate for the doll that you show in your ad. These are collectable dolls. The Certificate is important.

She does not sell much, she does not try to sell things or her items in her closet. She rarely shares her items. So you must of understood her wrong. The doll IS IN FACT missing a Pine Cone on top of her hat! I would show you a picture if there was a way! And the Certificate?? Where is that at??

jensmr2spyder I will say this, Jen spends So much money on poshmark. Rarely has a issue. But, when she does her and, the seller always work it out. The seller always makes it right. She has ordered candles that showed up broken, twice. The seller was great. When her 1 order was lost in the mail the seller took care of It. Basically she has been waiting for this doll for her Mom for Christmas since December 16th and the only thing we can do is return this doll her Mom thinks she's getting?

I NEVER told her to send the doll back in fact, I have told u multiple times not to send it back just keep it for ur troubles and I will accept a return through support thus issuing a refund which means u get ur money and doll. But again, I can’t actually do any of this, I can only approve it once support gets it rolling. YOU HAVE to contact support to get any of the things you want.

jensmr2spyder Look in the middle of the ribbon at the top of her hat! in your pictures. It's a Red Berry in the center. I thought it was a pine cone, so excuse my mistake. That is missing. on the doll you sent there is just a green stub where the berry would of been on. She said you told her you picked it up on a clearance sale. Sometimes that is the reason things are on clearance. She would like you to send the certificate for the doll

This is why posh has a very clear policy on returns,disputes, refunds etc. so that drama is avoided.am happy to basically do whatever want just to end this but I can’t actually do it, Posh-mark has to.
