abi8161 Thank you for responding! And I'm glad it's unopened but...on the inside of the belt there are hash marks with numbers in waist inches that show if it has been cut down, if anyone responds to you will probably ask you the same because ALOT of this brand the buyer will cut them down to their waste size, I've returned a few of these for just such a reason. The seller believed it to be new but...they usually start at 45 but a few are higher.
