measurements are totally approximate size 8 . when I purchased and then never wore I noticed that maybe a few rhinestones may be missing so I found the right size to replace which stick on, which I never got to,BUT they are included with the jacket. me personally I did not notice but bought the rhinestones just in case. size 8 NWOT colors may include blue green, very pretty together, slimming look when I tried on.
