Newport news denim or Jean dress or jumper maxi length

This is a difficult piece to qualify as I believe you can wear it as a dress I have. I also think it would look great with a shirt underneath again as a dress, but more like a jumper. This is a light washed denim with a silver button closing at the front. Those are some low pockets with the traditional Jean five pocket styling. there are two serious side slits for ease and movement. Newport News says this is an 18 but don’t believe it please see my measurements. I am listing as as . a 16. Euc
