@ericabattle719 It measures 20", this measurement was taken across the jacket. I am normally a size medium and jacket fits me, it's just a little bigger in chest area. Cute jacket! thanks for looking! :)

@drekendal sorry for the delay! I'm a bust 36c and have a lot of room in this jacket. I believe it's true to size 14w. I just took more measurements:
arm length is 18.5"
inside open measurement is 43"
24" long from top of collar to waist
