Newport News Medium Blouse sheer lace Seinfeld vibes

Reposhing this item I purchased from @nicolew223. Amazing top. Sheer blue lace with ruffled sleeves and all around the neck and middle of the shirt. Quite the statement piece. It reminds me of a classy pirate lol. Or THE shirt from Seinfeld. Sleeves are 3/4 and have elastic in then to wear at your elbow to make the sleeves puffy. Very romantic.
