New Small Dog Life Jacket

NWOT and never used Outward Hound small size neon orange and gray life jacket with adjustable buckle straps and Velcro closures. Polyethylene foam construction. Has some stray dog hairs from trying it on my dog but otherwise clean, sanitized and in excellent new condition. Approx 14” in length.
