New-Never Worn Rockport Stacie Perf Ballet -Chambray blue

New/never worn Rockport Stacie perforated ballet flat. I have the original box and all packing material that came in it. These Rockport ballet flats feature a shock-absorbing truTECH® technology that provides support at the heel and rebound at the forefoot. The side of the sole on the inside of the right shoe has little black marks. I'm not sure what they came from or it they could be removed.
