Fabric is a soft 99%cotton/1%spandex for stretch & comfort. Silver-tone LOGO BUTTON & studs. There's EMBROIDERED "NY" across the back pockets... tag says size 2 ~ Higher 9-1/4" rise (to a little over belly button) ~ generous 32" inseam BRAND NEW and never worn ~ but no tags.
