New york and company dress

This dress is in great condition only worn 3 times. It's 2 tone black and blue. The blue is a bit darker than the photo...more of a rich royal blue. It has sleeve adjustment straps and is 97% polyester/ 3% spandex. It's very sophisticated and sexy 😉
