This has a removable hood and removable tie. It fans out at the bottom like a dress. To me, it feels like a rain jacket. Although it is not water proof- it could also be used as a wind jacket. It has very deep pockets, as shown in photos. I have my hand as deep as it goes. It is a very soft comfy material on the outside, and an even softer silky material on the inside. It does not have to be dry cleaned, but it can be, and can be ironed on the lowest setting. It is made in Guatemala. The color is a very nice mustard color. This is new without tags.
