New without tag H&M dress XL

I bought this dress a couple of summers ago in San Diego. It's a very cute, swing style tunic dress, chiffon material and slip underneath for layering. The front is adjustable in the sense that it convert to a ruffle mock neck, or untie it for those who don't care for that area to be covered. I don't know why or when the tag came off but the dress was never worn, just tried on a few times. Size extra large XL.
