This skirt is nothing to play with. It is beaut Tifo. Yes, there is a lining. Yes it is brand new with tags never ever worn straight off of the Macy rack. There is a split in the back that’s never been fully opened yet. There is a zipper in a clip in the back as well This skirt is 80% polyester and 20% acrylic. The lining is 100% polyester. This is 17 1/2 inches hits to hit 20 inches at the total length of the skirt is 21 1/2 inches long. Please note that this skirt is pink that is almost like a fuchsia purple with black and white in the pattern
