Comfortable, flattening stretchy elastic waist line, PLUS fun design. Measurements shoulder to bottom hem is 32 inches. Colors in dress are Purple, black, white, brow, and a little lavender. Purchased through Nadine West but removed their tag. Tag on it is from manufacturer. Never worn.
