New with tags cocktail dress

Sweet Rain cocktail dress. New with tags, 100% perfect condition. Black fluttery bottom with straight black liner underneath wears well. Top portion is iridescent animalistic print (kinda gives dragon vibes) not sure how else to describe it but hopefully pics help. Back center zipper closure and 2 triangle cut outs on side for a hidden touch of skin showing. V neck front and back. No pockets. Measures 13" across at center where top and bottom meet. 32" from shoulder to bottom and 17" from armpit to armpit.
