New with tags Pleione Skirt

Brand new with tags Pleione ruffle skirt. I bought this skirt at Nordstrom Rack for $32.97 (regularly $68.00) and have just never worn it.it is very cute, knee length, and made of a stretchy fabric. The waste is elastic and the ruffle gives it an extra fun look! I am usually a size 4-6 on the bottom, and the small fits great.
