New with tags Jcrew Ashley bridesmaid dress

Brand new never worn but was professionally altered from a size 6 to a 4 and shortened by 2 inches. Measurements (approximate) while lying on flat surface  16 inches across the top...arm pit to arm pit  15 /1/2 inches at Waist line band 21 inches across at hip area.  28 inches from top of the dress to the bottom of the dress.  This dress was professionally hemmed shorter and taken it at the chest and waist to reflect new measurements as stated
